Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers
Inbound and outbound calls to address customers’ questions about products and services
Communicating with customers through various channels

Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and serve as a liaison between internal teams and clients
