Responsibilities

Partner with 5-10 Site Leaders to assess and prioritize maintenance needs

Perform routine equipment inspections to ensure tunnels and systems operate at full capacity

Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and PLC system issues

Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and improve equipment performance

Stay current on the latest car wash technologies and maintenance best practices

Uphold strict adherence to safety protocols, policies, and regulations

Train staff on equipment safety and ensure a culture of compliance at every location

Maintain detailed records of repairs, inspections, and parts usage

Manage resources efficiently, finding cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality

Maintain an organized inventory of spare parts and supplies for routine and emergency repairs
