New Grad, Entry LevelKDM is seeking skilled Bindery Cutting Operators to join their Cutting Department. The role involves operating cutting equipment to accurately cut printed paper and plastic materials while maintaining quality tolerances.

Responsibilities
Operate guillotine cutters, sheeters, and die-cutting equipment
Set up jobs to meet specifications, tolerances, and production standards
Perform routine operator-level equipment maintenance as required
Load and unload various media and finished materials (up to 50 lbs.)
Complete required documentation related to time, materials, and quality control
Move completed jobs to the next stage of production
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Qualification
Required
Prior experience operating guillotine and/or die-cutting equipment
High school diploma or GED required
Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
Strong math skills, including the ability to work with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
Ability and willingness to work overtime as needed (Weekday & Weekend)
Preferred
Strong mechanical aptitude
Previous printing or bindery/finishing experience
I-cutting or CNC cutting experience
Forklift certification or experience
Basic computer skills and comfort working with production systems
