Responsibilities
Help accelerate delivery of key strategic initiatives and support the Strategy Reporting and Retail Portfolio teams
Create transparency into performance metrics and milestones across various operations
Build engaging and informative dashboard views in Tableau
Work on site in Westlake, TX, as part of the Strategy Reporting team
Gather business requirements for new projects, reporting milestones, and delivering work
Qualification
Required
Strong proficiency in Tableau and Excel required
Must have proficiency in SQL or PL/SQL and ETL techniques in tools such as Tableau, MS Power Query, or Alteryx to clean, blend, and automate complex datasets
End-to-end experience wrangling data and designing dashboards in Tableau is required
The ideal candidate must have experience cleaning and blending large datasets from multiple, unique sources
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau required; data analytics experience and experience cleaning and blending large, unique datasets required
Candidates should have a mix of technical developer skills and applied analytics skills
Preferred
Familiarity with Real Estate/Facilities applications such as Archibus, CoStar, and Corrigo a major plus, but definitely not required
Experience presenting work to leadership-level audiences; polished verbal and written communication skills
Bachelor s degree in a quantitative field preferred (Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business, Finance, etc.)
Master s degree preferred
