Responsibilities
Inspect properties post-cleaning to ensure they are guest-ready (checking for cleanliness, staging, and functionality)
Perform general repairs including smart lock troubleshooting, changing filters, paint touch-ups, furniture assembly, and unclogging drains
Assist the cleaning crews during high-volume turnover days to ensure properties are ready for 4:00 PM check-ins
Use the company van to transport supplies and restock properties
Qualification
Required
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is REQUIRED
Valid Driver's License: Must have a clean driving record (you will be driving our Ford Transit)
Experience in general maintenance, punch-list work, or property management
Familiarity with the Atlanta metro area
Smartphone proficiency (for checklist apps and communication)
