In this role, you will guide, mentor, and develop a skilled team responsible for the filing, handling, and management of estate claims, while driving operational excellence and contributing to a culture of quality and compliance.

Responsibilities

Lead & Develop a High-Performing Team

Oversee Estate Claims Specialists, providing coaching, mentoring, and ongoing development

Manage interviews, hiring, performance reviews, and corrective actions as needed

Conduct 1:1 training to expand team expertise and support continued professional growth

Drive Operational Excellence

Lead and manage all operational tasks related to estate claim filing and follow-up

Own the review and maintenance of Probate Finder claim forms, collaborating closely with Legal and cross-functional partners

Track billing, costs, and internal reporting with accuracy and accountability

Be a Trusted Subject Matter Expert

Represent the business in internal meetings, client conversations, and audits

Participate in priority client initiatives and special projects

Serve as a backup to the Probate Finder Data Manager and cross-train in key responsibilities

Contribute to a Culture of Quality & Compliance

Follow information security, privacy, and confidentiality standards

Maintain excellent written and verbal communication with internal teams and client stakeholders
