Perform engine swaps and precision builds on new and customized vehicles
Read and follow instructions carefully to meet build specifications
Handle diagnostic work and electronic systems as needed
Aluminum and steel welding skills are highly valued for custom car building
Rotate through different projects—no repetitive mechanical work
Maintain quality standards in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment
Saturday work may be required
Qualification
Required
Ability to follow instructions with precision
Strong work ethic and reliability—must be present and ready to work
Preferred
Formal training or ASE certifications preferred
Welding (aluminum/steel) a strong advantage
Electronics and diagnostic experience helpful
