$15/hr - $17/hrPax Properties, LLC is looking for a Night Auditor to join their team at the Vero Beach Inn & Suites location. The Night Auditor is responsible for recording and keeping hotel logistical information up to date, preparing reports for the next shift, and assisting guests with inquiries during the night shift.

Responsibilities
Provide professional and courteous guest service at all times
Answer telephone calls according to POP*
Ensure every guest receive a TripAdvisor card and solicit for a glowing review according to POP
Complete the 10-5 rule with everyone that enters the hotel according to POP
Register and assign rooms to guests
Answer inquiries pertaining to hotel services, registration of guests, shopping, dining, entertainment and travel direction
Check the maintenance list to in ensure rooms that are rent-ready are removed from the list every shift
Keep records of room availability and guests’ accounts
Maintain wake-up call service daily
Run nightly reports ensuring daily financials balance according to property’s POP
Post charges correctly to guest folios as needed
Promote any current hotel and franchise marketing programs
Maintain workspace and storage areas to be neat and clean
Complete daily cash deposit log
Complete and sign off on the daily checklist (before clocking out at shift's end)
Serve as Manager on Duty
Respond to and assists guests in the event of an emergency
Prepare for, attends, and contributes to the weekly department meetings
Deal with all problems with a high degree of professionalism, courtesy and consideration
Qualification
Required
Entry Level experience
Ability to provide professional and courteous guest service at all times
Detail oriented
Ability to answer telephone calls according to Pax Operating Procedure (POP)
Ability to ensure every guest receives a TripAdvisor card and solicit for a glowing review according to POP
Ability to complete the 10-5 rule with everyone that enters the hotel according to POP
