Responsibilities
Work with BT’s and clients in their homes, clinic-based sessions, and/or in the community settings
Manage a minimum caseload 15 cases
Ensure programs are being implemented and run correctly and consistently
Ensure progress is being made across programs and families are satisfied with the progress
Coordinate with families and staff to manage your own schedule to provide training and support while maximizing service utilization
Meet with Clinical Supervisor to:
Update treatment plans/goals in Catalyst software
Create individual employee goals to increase clinical skill sets
Access ongoing clinical hours (indirect /direct)
Remain proficient with policies and procedures
Represent the company professionally in all client and colleague interactions
Complete mandatory clinical sessions notes on time
Maintain HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability Accountability Act) confidentiality
Attend monthly management meetings to keep up on industry trends and training
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or master's degree in psychology or a related field OR valid certification as a Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)
CPR and BLS (Basic Life Support) current certification (or obtain upon hire)
2 years of working experience with Children with Autism and/ or related disorders
2 years of management /supervisor experience leading team members
Must have a valid California driver's license and personal and reliable vehicle
Auto Insurance (with your name visible on the policy as the owner or as a registered driver)
Experience with technology; Microsoft, Electronic data collection systems etc
Provide and Pass TB, (Tuberculosis test) and background check /Live Scan fingerprinting
Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English
