Responsibilities
Drive occupancy within the community through marketing, lead nurturing, community partnerships, and outreach
Manage occupancy through lead management, prospect engagement, and event coordination
Ensure smooth move-ins and room readiness
Develop external partnerships and execute marketing strategies to enhance Copperleaf's visibility and reputation
Oversee the creation of marketing materials and resources to achieve goals and create brand awareness
Qualification
Required
Long-term care/Assisted Living or related Sales experience required
Technology adept and social media savvy
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred
Familiarity with nonprofit organizations and their unique challenges and opportunities
