Responsibilities

Oversee all maintenance operations, ensuring timely and accurate completion of service requests

Manage the make-ready process for vacant units, including inspections, scheduling vendors, and quality checks

Maintain inventory control and ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and supplies

Implement and monitor preventive maintenance programs

Ensure compliance with OSHA standards, company safety policies, and risk management procedures

Conduct routine property inspections to identify and resolve safety concerns

Lead and mentor maintenance technicians, fostering a collaborative team environment

Inspect work performed by contractors and vendors to ensure quality and adherence to specifications

Support cost-control initiatives by repairing rather than replacing when possible

Maintain cleanliness and curb appeal of grounds, amenities, and common areas

Perform general upkeep tasks such as pressure washing, painting, and trash removal
