Responsibilities

Provides solutions for IT and business management on applying technology to business opportunities, planning and implementation of cross-functional applications

Participates in identifying, evaluating, and configuring systems that are cost effective and meet business requirements

Monitors client experiences and feedback on the use of business applications; Enhanced system productivity, as needed

Provides senior level consulting services to internal business groups on process improvement projects designed to improve their business results

Analyzes, defines and documents clients requirements, and revises existing systems logic challenges, as necessary

Required

Experience working as a Business Analytics Lead with a minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis

Intermediate to advanced level SQL skills for data analysis in Oracle and any other non sql databases

Proficiency in Excel, with exposure to BI tools such as Tableau / Microsoft Power BI / Oracle BI

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Experience as a Quality Assurance tester or similar role

Experience working with Jira or other test management tools

Extensive experience in the analysis, definition and documentation of business and data requirements

Continuously refining Agile practices and methodologies to improve the effectiveness of requirement elicitation and stakeholder engagement process

Leading by example in fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment that promotes open communication and knowledge sharing among team members

Serving as liaison between Business units and IT teams, bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders to facilitation successful project delivery

Actively participating in release management activities

Understanding and familiarity working within the SAFe Agile Framework

Understanding and familiarity defining requirements and specifications for APIs and Microservices

Preferred

Mastery of advanced business analysis techniques (e.g., data analysis, impact analysis, gap analysis)

Certifications in multiple Agile frameworks and methodologies preferred

Mastery of release management process and tools

Exceptional leadership and mentorship skills, with a focus on fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth

High emotional intelligence and the ability to navigate complex interpersonal issue dynamics with ease, fostering strong relationships and trust with stakeholders at all levels
