Send corrected claims. Balance customer claims accounts, process secondary claims and patient charges
Process all payor claim audits. Gather requested documentation and submit to payor
Work aging report. Determine if claim was received by payor and reason for non-payment or denial. Make correction and resubmit claims
Perform other duties as requested
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
Intermediate proficiency with computers
Experience in insurance claims
Strong quantitative and analytical competency
Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Training in ICD-10 coding
1+ years of related work experience
Experience working in the medical industry
