Contract to Hire Recruiter
Ignite Human Capital is a growing organization seeking an experienced Recruiter to join on a contract-to-hire basis. The role focuses on full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions, emphasizing high-quality candidate delivery and partnership with hiring managers to improve recruiting processes as the organization scales.

Responsibilities
Own full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles, including hourly, exempt, and technical positions
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles
Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach
Screen and interview candidates to assess skills, experience, and culture alignment
Coordinate interview logistics and provide a smooth, professional candidate experience
Manage offer processes, including compensation discussions and start-date coordination
Maintain accurate documentation and activity tracking within the ATS
Provide regular updates and recruiting insights to internal stakeholders
Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, workflows, and hiring efficiency
Qualification
Required
3+ years of recruiting experience (in-house, agency, or a blend of both)
Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management abilities
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Experience with applicant tracking systems and LinkedIn Recruiter
Preferred
Experience supporting hiring in manufacturing, engineering, operations, or technical environments strongly preferred
