Oversee receiving, putaway, picking, packing, transfers, and shipping
Ensure high inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and process discipline
Execute daily workflows that support store and ecommerce demand
Monitor productivity, accuracy, and throughput; address issues quickly
Lead, schedule, train, and support the warehouse team
Set clear expectations and provide consistent feedback
Build a culture of teamwork, accountability, and mutual respect
Document and improve warehouse systems, workflows, and standard operating procedures
Plan staffing, space utilization, and workflows to support growth and peak seasons
Identify inefficiencies and implement practical, measurable improvements
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
Ensure compliance with company standards and applicable regulations
Oversee equipment condition and coordinate maintenance as needed
Communicate clearly with stores, logistics partners, and corporate teams
Support merchandising and operations with accurate information and followthrough
Ensure product moves accurately and on time to support store success
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
3+ years of experience leading teams in a warehouse or distribution environment
Strong knowledge of inventory control, warehouse operations, and logistics
Proven leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Experience improving or scaling warehouse operations
Familiarity with warehouse management systems
