Call Center Supervisor
True North Federal Credit Union is searching for a dynamic personality to join our team as a Call Center Supervisor. In this role, you will manage day-to-day operations, ensure excellent customer service, and lead a team of contact center representatives.

Responsibilities
Working closely with your manager to supervise the day-to-day operations including the front-line representatives
Ensure that service levels are maintained and goals/expectations for the department are met
Serve as a Contact Center agent as needed
Interact with member via telephone or electronic communication
Collaborate with the manager for hiring, training, directing and evaluating employee performance
Model appropriate workplace professionalism and teamwork
Qualification
Required
1 – 3 years of similar or related experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent organizational and interpersonal competency
High school education or GED
Preferred
Previous call center experience or financial institution experience preferred but not required
