They are seeking a results-driven Inside Sales Specialist to qualify and convert leads, develop new business through targeted outreach, and manage customer relationships to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

Assess and qualify incoming leads to identify potential business opportunities
Convert pre-qualified sales leads into new business by effectively communicating the value of Quickparts services
Develop and execute prospecting activities via warm emails, cold-calling, social selling, networking, and strategic outbound campaigns
Consistently achieve individual sales goals and contribute to Quickparts’ growth
Manage customer relationships and deliver exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction
Collaborate with the production team and sales manager to increase revenue from velocity market customers
Partner with sales leadership to align on key areas of success and address challenges
Identify opportunities for operational improvements and recommend process streamlining to leadership
Maintain accurate, timely records within CRM (HubSpot) and uphold pipeline hygiene
Attend occasional tradeshows or company events internationally, as needed

Required

5–10 years of experience in inside sales, sales development, or prospecting; telephone and internet-based sales experience essential
Proficiency in English
Proven track record of successful selling and building, managing, and growing a book of business
Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot)
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of CAD software is a plus
Customer service–oriented mindset with a focus on precision and responsiveness
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Willingness to travel occasionally to tradeshows or company events internationally

Preferred

Sales experience in the manufacturing industry or a technical background preferred
