Responsibilities
Own the product vision and roadmap across all software platforms
Align product priorities with enterprise strategy and stakeholder needs
Collaborate with Product Owner to maintain and groom the product backlog
Oversee the planning, definition, and delivery of features that meet quality, usability, and timeline expectations
Establish key product metrics and use data to drive prioritization and success measurement
Lead cross-functional communication with IT Operations, Development, Operations, and Marketing
Support Product Owner in gathering stakeholder feedback and converting it into actionable requirements
Ensure readiness and effectiveness of product releases, collaborating on training, documentation, and rollout
Mentor and coach Product Owner to uphold consistency in agile practices and delivery quality
Act as a champion for user experience and continuous product improvement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field
Minimum of five years in software product management or equivalent leadership role
Demonstrated experience with agile product delivery practices
Strong communication and leadership skills influence teams and stakeholders
Sharp analytical mindset with ability to prioritize competing interests
Experience mentoring or managing Product Owners or junior product team members
Understanding of cross-platform (mobile, web, backend) software environments
High attention to detail and user empathy
Track record of delivering successful digital products from discovery to iteration
Travel expected 5–10% of the year depending on applicant location and business needs
Preferred
MBA or relevant certifications are a plus
