Responsibilities
Develop and execute a field marketing plan aligned with sales priorities and revenue targets
Own the planning and execution of regional events including conferences, seminars, workshops, and customer roundtables
Drive post-event campaigns, ensure timely follow-up, and convert leads into qualified pipeline opportunities
Track, analyze, and report on marketing-sourced pipeline contribution, campaign ROI, and event effectiveness
Partner with sales, product marketing, and demand generation teams to maximize impact
Manage regional marketing spend with a focus on efficiency and measurable returns
Provide feedback on regional trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to inform global strategy
Qualification
Required
At least 5 years of B2B field marketing experience
Proven track record of delivering impactful field events and lead generation campaigns
Analytical mindset with expertise in pipeline measurement and ROI reporting
Excellent collaboration skills with sales and cross-functional teams
Bachelor's degree
