Data Analyst, ACO

Responsibilities
Manage multiple projects independently, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within scope
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements, define project charters and impact assessments
Identify data sources and develop technical data design requirements
Create wireframes and develop visualizations using Tableau and other BI tools
Write SQL queries to extract and transform data
Conduct quality assurance (QA) and user acceptance testing (UAT) in collaboration with stakeholders
Provide training and materials on Tableau, Excel, and data analysis best practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree is required
3-5 years of relevant experience
Tableau certification within the first 6 months of hire
Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Effective communication skills for formal presentations and stakeholder engagement
Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration across departments and stakeholders at all levels
Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing circumstances in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Master's degree preferred
