Responsibilities

Independently manage family law matters from intake through resolution

Develop and execute case strategy, including pleadings, discovery, and motion practice

Appear in court for hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences

Draft key filings (RFOs, declarations, briefs, settlement documents)

Communicate directly with clients and opposing counsel

Work collaboratively with paralegals and support staff

Qualification

Required

5+ years of California family law experience

California Bar admission in good standing

Proven ability to manage a caseload independently

Demonstrated ability to work with precision, exercise sound judgment in high-pressure situations, and manage complex matters with professionalism and steady communication
