VP, Commercial Relationship Manager
Ballston Spa National Bank is a community bank established in 1838, focused on providing banking services to individuals, families, and businesses in the greater Capital Region. They are seeking a VP, Commercial Relationship Manager to expand commercial relationships, develop new business, and manage loan portfolios.

Responsibilities
Developing and maintaining client relationships
Analyzing clients' financial and operating strategies
Recommending loans and banking products
Growing a commercial portfolio through building new customer relationships
Meeting or exceeding annual sales, revenue and volume objectives
Gathering financial and general business information on commercial clients
Explaining Bank products and services
Coordinating financial analyses in order to make credit decisions
Providing input on loan decisions based on the evaluation of credit risk and other key factors
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related field
A minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial lending with a demonstrated ability to assess credit risk and structure and negotiate loan terms
Must have a track record of prospecting new business and enhancing existing relationships
Must have strong negotiating, sales and relationship building skills coupled with strong credit and financial analysis skills
Well-developed communication skills are a must
Preferred
