Responsibilities

Develop digital solutions to integrate data from multiple platforms (SAP, ERP, CRM, ELD systems, and production databases) and create models for operational optimization
Data Integration: Create automated reporting systems connecting logistics and production data to support strategic decision-making
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for waste reduction, cost optimization, and process improvement for logistics operations
Work closely with planning team to understand chemical processes and translate into optimization algorithms and predictive models
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure transition of analytical tools into enterprise solution

Required

Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science or Supply chain/Logistics
Programming: Python preferred or JavaScript (for UI/app development)
SQL: Essential for Data Warehouse querying and navigation
Data Visualization: Familiarity with Tableau or PowerBI for dashboarding
MRP experience and knowledge in ERP system software (preferably SAP)
Knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations
Familiarity with Google APIs and mapping technologies
Ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems through data gathering and analytics
Strong planning, analytical and critical thinking skills
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work remotely
Ability to work well in a fast-paced and challenging environment
Result oriented mind
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
We are prioritizing candidates with strong communication and a problem-solving mindset. Given the complexity of our industry and logistics data, the candidate needs to be able to interpret and understand the data they are working with to be successful

Preferred

Understanding of DOT regulations and fleet management (desired but not required)
Prior chemical plant experience (mixing, blending, reactor operations preferred)
Project work experience preferred
