Responsibilities

Perform maintenance services, including oil changes, tire changes, brake inspections, and chain adjustments
Diagnose and repair engine, electrical, and mechanical issues across a wide range of motorcycle makes and models
Perform inspections and tests to ensure motorcycles meet safety and performance standards
Communicate with customers to explain necessary repairs and estimated timelines
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, repair techniques, and technologies
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Keep accurate records of services performed and parts used
Follow all safety procedures and best practices to ensure a safe work environment

Required

Proven experience as a Motorcycle Mechanic or similar role
Strong knowledge of motorcycle systems, including both American and Asian models
Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and engine issues
MUST bring your own tools (tool requirements can be discussed during the interview)
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills for interacting with both customers and team members
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Ability to lift heavy parts and work in various conditions
Passion for motorcycles and an understanding of the industry
