Provides administrative support to the assigned unit
Scheduling appointments
Giving information to callers
Composing memos and meeting minutes
Providing customer service
Handling multiple projects
Preparing and monitoring invoices and expense reports
Researches and creates presentations
Generates reports
Represents management at meetings as needed

Qualification

Required

High School diploma or equivalent required
A minimum of 2 years' experience in an office environment performing a similar level of work is required

Preferred

An associate's degree is preferred
Prior health care experience preferred
