They are seeking a Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist to support the onboarding and servicing of commercial loans, ensuring quality control and providing customer service.

Responsibilities

Process unposted commercial loan payments and participation loan payments
Perform quality control of commercial loans onboarded to the bank's core system and CRA Wiz
Oversee system generated reports and customer notices
Provide internal and external customer service
Complete servicing and loan system maintenance requests
Prepare and send monthly billing statements
Process closed loans
Complete SBA loan submissions
Prepare and review payoff letters
Monitor flood insurance requirements
Other loan servicing-related tasks

Required

Two year's prior banking experience
Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated attention to detail
Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Associate's degree in business or related field
Two year's prior banking experience
