Remote Executive Assistant
FixtPT Group is a leading provider of technology solutions for transportation and logistics companies. They are seeking a highly organized and proactive Remote Executive Assistant to support their executive team in managing day-to-day operations and coordinating various tasks and projects.

Responsibilities
Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings as needed
Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for executive team
Prepare and organize materials for meetings and presentations
Conduct research and gather information for various projects and initiatives
Communicate with clients and partners on behalf of the executive team
Assist with project management and tracking of deliverables
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and correspondence
Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and smooth operations
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an executive assistant or similar role
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
Ability to work independently and remotely
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Preferred
Experience in the transportation or logistics industry is a plus
