Responsibilities

Partner with operational and HR leaders to design, implement, and manage employee learning and development programs
Conduct training needs assessments, and prioritize learning initiatives using data-driven insights
Develop and deliver instructor-led training, e-learning modules, workshops, and development experiences
Lead new employee onboarding and create a positive assimilation experience
Build mentorship programs and career growth paths across the organization
Coordinate goal deployment and succession planning processes
Manage and track learning content, courses, curricula, and certifications within HRIS UKG LMS
Review analytics to measure program effectiveness and ensure learning requirements are met
Facilitate special projects to support employee and organizational development

Required

5+ years experience in HR, Education, Communications, Media Production, or related field
Proven collaboration, project management, and communication skills
Experience in developing training across multiple formats
Comfortable with 25 travel
