Responsibilities
Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of the Oracle EPM solution to replace the existing planning tool
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines
Oversee technical integration, configuration, and customization of EPM modules
Work closely with finance and business teams to ensure alignment of EPM capabilities with business requirements
Qualification
Required
510 years of experience in Technical Project Management, with a focus on EPM implementations
Hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud or Hyperion Planning
Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Finance, Business, or a related field
Preferred
PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus
Experience in driving transformation projects within financial systems is highly desirable
