At least one (1) to seven (7) years of experience in all phases of products liability litigation including case management, motion practice, and discovery
Experience handling hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials
Admission to the California Bar
Preferred
Experience in products liability law
Substantive litigation experience
Demonstrated interest in products liability law
