Responsibilities
Design and execute automation test scripts for UI and API using Cypress/Playwright
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and execution
Collaborate with onsite and offshore teams to align on requirements and deliverables
Coordinate with clients and product owners to clarify requirements and ensure test coverage
Prepare test plans, test cases, and test data for in-scope user stories
Integrate automation scripts into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in Quality Engineering and Assurance
4+ years of hands-on experience in UI and API automation using Cypress/Playwright, Mocha, Chai, JavaScript, TypeScript, Cucumber, and related tools
Strong experience with CI/CD tools and test management platforms such as JIRA and ALM
Proven ability to lead and coordinate onsite/offshore teams and manage client communications
Experience working in Agile environments and Banking domain projects
Preferred
Expertise in creating allure reports and advanced automation frameworks
Strong interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to drive regression automation and in-sprint automation effectively
Familiarity with emerging automation trends and best practices
