SunVena Solar is looking for a Lead Inspections Coordinator to join the Operations Department. This role is responsible for assisting the operations team in managing inspections and ensuring project deliverables are met on time while maintaining quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Manage & track project deliverables and timelines

Schedule inspections such as rough, service, and final with municipalities and utilities to ensure timely project progress

Address inspection failures by coordinating fixes, and confirm any required re-inspection fees or plan revisions are handled

Stay updated with changing local codes, AHJ requirements, and ensure installations align with city, utility, and internal standards

Maintain communication and positive relationships with AHJ’s

Interdepartmental communications

Works closely with Managers to prepare and update job progress reports

Monitor and assist in the daily production of the office and employees

Provide coverage and support during team members' PTO to ensure continuity of operation and maintain workflow efficiency

Perform other duties as assigned
