The Business Solutions Consultant role focuses on building relationships with business owners through networking and in-person visits, providing insights into how Horizon Payments can help manage costs and improve efficiency.
Responsibilities
Build Connections: Engage with business owners through networking, referrals, and outreach to create meaningful relationships
Develop Trust: Conduct in-person visits to establish strong, long-term relationships with local businesses
Provide Insights: Share information about Horizon Payments and how our solutions can help businesses manage costs and operate more efficiently
Stay Organized: Track prospects, progress, and follow-ups using CRM tools to ensure clear communication and momentum
Support Decision-Making: Help merchants move forward with a quote review while National Sales Managers (NSM) prepare and present quotes and are responsible for closing them
Qualification
Required
Ability to identify and engage potential clients
Comfort presenting company solutions in a clear, professional manner
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with business owners and decision-makers
Professional and respectful approach to handling questions or objections
Organized and able to manage multiple priorities independently
