Analyzing insurance coverage and preparing coverage opinions regarding first party property and general liability matters
Taking depositions, attending court hearings, and drafting and arguing motions
Monitoring, mediating, arbitrating, and litigating declaratory relief in state and federal courts throughout the United States

Required

At least eight (8) to fifteen (15) years of experience analyzing insurance coverage and preparing coverage opinions regarding first party property and general liability matters

Strong research and writing skills
Admission to the California Bar

Preferred

Some experience in insurance law
Substantive litigation experience
Demonstrated interest in insurance law
