Responsibilities

Perform assessments and services based on job site evaluations for windows and doors that need attention, whether it is due to installation or manufacturing

Understand correct installation process and proper functioning of windows and doors for evaluation

Resolve service calls accurately and efficiently

Travel to customers' homes to assess and repair our products

Fill out appropriate warranty paperwork and submit in a timely manner

Qualification

Service technician experienceFinish carpentryWindow installationCustomer service skillsApple products proficiencyValid US Driver’s LicenseCommunication skillsOrganizational skills

Required

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Highly organized and comfortable with Apple products

Ability to install a window or door from start to finish, including trim work

Valid US Driver's License

Experience as a service technician or finish carpenter preferred
