Responsibilities
Work with designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify research needs
Design and execute a variety of research studies, including interviews, usability studies, surveys, field studies or similar
Analyze and synthesize research results collaborating with work partners
Uncover actionable feedback for product development to share with key stakeholders
Present and share findings via workshops, presentations, reports, as needed
Qualification
Required
In-process of a Bachelor's or Advanced degree in design, cognitive science, or research-related field
Experience in user research with an emphasis on research related to product and/or software experiences
Experience designing and conducting user research using a variety of methodologies
Ability to work well with other researchers, developers, product managers, designers and business partners
Experience conducting research and understanding core research principles and processes
Experience determining the most impactful insights from findings and building a compelling story
Applicants for this position must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
