Manage all phases of insurance defense litigation including case management, motion practice, and discovery

Qualification
Required
Admission to the California Bar is required
At least one (1) to fifteen (15) years of experience in all phases of insurance defense litigation including case management, motion practice, and discovery
Strong research and writing skills
Experience handling hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials
Preferred
