Responsibilities
Join the General Liability Practice and handle all phases of insurance defense litigation including case management, motion practice, and discovery
Manage hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials
Work collaboratively with a team of over 600 attorneys nationwide
Represent defendants in significant exposure cases related to general liability
Qualification
Required
Strong research and writing skills
At least one (1) to seven (15) years of experience in all phases of insurance defense litigation including case management, motion practice, and discovery
Experience handling hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials
Admission to the California Bar
Preferred
Some insurance defense experience
Substantive litigation experience
