This role includes managing budgets, coordinating audits, overseeing valuations and fees, and partnering with fund administrators and investment teams.

Responsibilities
Review invoices, reconcile draw requests, and ensure timely fund-level payment processing
Oversee quarterly reporting under US GAAP and assist with ASC 820 fair value assessments and waterfall reviews
Manage fund-level fee calculations and lead budgeting processes, including liquidity forecasting with asset-level teams
Coordinate annual audits, respond to auditor inquiries, and maintain internal control documentation and regulatory compliance
Address investor inquiries, support due diligence, and manage fund entity formations, amendments, and tax filings
Contribute to governance initiatives, such as expense allocation oversight, and track operational risk items
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required
4-6 years of experience in public accounting with real estate clients or in a real estate investment firm, preferably with closed-end fund or REIT exposure
Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling, with familiarity in real estate-specific accounting platforms
Solid understanding of US GAAP, ASC 820, and fund waterfall mechanics, particularly within real estate fund structures
Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills with a detail-oriented, proactive approach to managing priorities and supporting investor communication
