Provide accurate, efficient and timely care documentation

Perform other duties as needs arise and/or assigned

Required

Graduate of approved certified nursing assistant program

Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA/STNA certification required from the State of Ohio. Applicants must pass the state test and be listed on the Nurse Aide Registry
