Account Development Manager
The Pittsburgh Paints Company is seeking an Account Development Manager to grow new sales through assigned stores. The role involves developing account strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction, and collaborating with store teams to meet sales targets.

Responsibilities
Ensure outstanding customer service is provided to existing customer accounts by keeping up to date with current promotions, new products, and with current customer service practices to find opportunities for growth
Develop account planning strategies, sales opportunities, accounts with growth potential, and understand existing business and the segments they serve
Use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool to run accounts, maintain call logs and contact info, run reports, etc
Collaborate with store managers and employees to ensure customers' needs are met or exceeded
Facilitate and accurate customer quotes to achieve margin targets in alignment with pricing strategies
Qualification
Required
High school diploma required
3+ years of previous sales experience with stellar customer service acuity
Higher-level education degree in a business-related field
Daily travel within your assigned territory
Must possess valid driver's license
Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship
Preferred
CRM software experience preferred
Previous coatings experience is highly sought after
