Responsibilities
Administer database access, security, and system configurations
Monitor compliance with HIPAA, PII, and cybersecurity protocols
Collaborate with data analysts and programmers to improve data tools
Develop SOPs and train new users
Other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in database administration
Understanding of disaster recovery and database backup procedures
Understanding of Government IT Certification and Accreditation Processes
Proficient understanding and working knowledge of computers, email, voicemail, and telephone texts to perform duties
Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Meet [DoDM 8140.03 role 421](https://public.cyber.mil/dcwf-work-role/database-administrator/) (Intermediate level) requirements
Current (or ability to obtain and maintain) Secret security clearance (T3 background investigation)
U.S. citizenship is required to obtain a Secret clearance and work in this position
