Responsibilities
Collect and analyze data from a variety of sources, including electronic health records, and claims data (50%)
Provide observations and recommendations based on analysis of patterns within the data to help guide actions from various teams (25%)
Conduct detailed analyses and interpret results to inform care management program development and evaluation under the guidance of senior analysts (15%)
Stay up to date on the latest research and trends in commercial healthcare programs (10%)
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or other quantitative disciplines
Proficiency in SQL, understanding of relational database concepts including writing and modifying queries to extract and analyze data
Academic knowledge of statistical techniques including logistic regression, ANOVA, cluster analysis, etc
Ability to work with complex data of varying levels of quality and validity
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of cross-functional teams
Ability to produce data in a clear and understandable manner meeting user requirement
