Regional Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities
Oversee and support Operation Coordinators, including onboarding, task delegation, scheduling, quality assurance, and training
Provide comprehensive administrative support, such as maintaining files, generating reports, scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, managing correspondence, and providing exceptional customer service to vendors, staff, and physicians
Coordinate and streamline administrative processes and program operations, ensuring adherence to procedural guidelines
Arrange business travel for staff and physicians, including reservations and itineraries for various sites
Prepare and distribute reports, correspondence, and other written materials with attention to detail and accuracy
Manage expense reports for the Regional Vice President and Regional Operations Director
Manage corporate apartments with scheduling, lease arrangements, cleaning schedule, ordering supplies, maintaining good relationships with all apartment managers if applicable
Maintain dashboards and distribute quality measures reports for various hospital sites
Track and maintain onboarding processes for new hires, including 90-day onboarding and orientation for physicians, ensuring compliance with documentation and hospital requirements
Work with Supervisor on Bonus/Performance Structure for Contract Managers and various sites. Keep track of all goals to ensure each have met expectations
Support special projects and initiatives, such as managing professional organization memberships, assisting with evaluation reports, updating Intranet hospital contracts, and involvement in events like National Emergency Nurses Week or PA/APP Week
Become the key staff member for TER (Texas Electronic Registry) Work with registration information that is required for physician notification and signature on death certificates
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Must be local to Cincinnati, OH

Advanced Microsoft Power Point, Excel and Word skills with excellent written and oral communication skills
Must have demonstrated experience maintaining confidential information
Ability to prioritize and work in a fast paced, high demand environment and learn and apply new skills quickly and under pressure. Must be flexible, responsible, accountable and reliable
Must be self-motivated and able to work independently and as a member of a team
Must display the highest standards of discretion, ethics, continuous improvement and professionalism
High school diploma or equivalent required
3-5 years off experience in an administrative role
Physical demands include regularly required to sit for prolonged periods and occasionally walk, stand, bend, stoop, and lift to 15 pounds
Required to have close visual acuity to perform the job
Preferred
some college highly preferred
Healthcare industry experience highly preferred
