They are looking for Repossession Agents who are self-starters and willing to undergo intensive training to maximize their earning potential and performance.

Equipped with all of the tools that they need to be successful
Experience intensive training at our corporate headquarters in Memphis, TN
Meet with internal operations that will serve as your support while in the field
Experience hands on training in a classroom environment and in the field
Run routes with our Field Operations Manager
Qualification
Required
A self-starter with the drive and discipline to perform successfully under limited supervision
An individual with basic mechanical skill. Don't worry we'll teach you all you need to know about strapping up a car
A naturally curious soul. Someone who is willing to dig-in and take the extra step necessary to achieve success
An excellent communicator. Information is power and the ability to clearly communicate the knowledge makes you a power-player in the field
Be 23 years of age or older with a clean driving record to be approved by our insurance
A DOT Card OR the ability to pass a DOT Physical
