Responsibilities

Leading and managing front office operations across AltaMed sites
Developing and implementing quality, cost-effective, efficient systems and protocols for standardizing processes of patient care by partnering with Administrative & Medical leadership
Assessing, developing and implementing standardized Front Office operations, policies and procedures ensuring excellent customer service and efficiency
Effectively communicating with leadership on all process improvement projects
Working in collaboration with Center Managers and the Manager of Nursing ensuring the delivery of the highest quality patient experience

Qualification

Healthcare experienceSupervisory experienceBLS certificationBilingual (English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese)Customer service

Required

High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 2 years Healthcare experience required
Minimum of 1 year Lead or Supervisory experience in customer facing organization required
A minimum requirement of a valid BLS certification or higher, following the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross guidelines

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in a related field
Bilingual English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese depending on location
