Originate, structure, and manage Commercial & Industrial (C&I) and Commercial Real Estate (CRE) loans
Cultivate long-term client relationships
Drive loan and deposit growth
Provide consistent oversight and administration to ensure strong credit quality
Be involved and invested in their local community
Develop new business
Efficiently identify and structure opportunities that align with the bank’s credit policy and risk appetite
Manage an existing loan portfolio
Source new relationships
Partner across the firm to deliver comprehensive financial solutions
Maintain an active presence in the Texas business and civic community
Leverage a strong network to generate opportunities and sell the bank’s full suite of products and services
Qualification
Required
Results-driven mindset
Ability to originate, structure, and manage Commercial & Industrial (C&I) and Commercial Real Estate (CRE) loans
Strong credit underwriting skills
Ability to develop new business
Full relationship banking approach including loans, deposits, and treasury management
Experience managing an existing loan portfolio
Ability to source new relationships
Active presence in the Texas business and civic community
Strong network to generate opportunities
Ability to sell the bank's full suite of products and services
