Defend professional liability claims involving Directors & Officers, Legal Malpractice, Errors & Omissions, and Architects & Engineers
Work with an experienced trial team in the areas of Real Estate and Personal Injury defense
Engage with clients directly or through their insurance carriers
Qualification
Required
Strong research and writing skills
At least one (1) to seven (7) years of experience defending professional liability claims involving Directors & Officers, Legal Malpractice, Errors & Omissions, and Architects & Engineers
Admission to the California Bar
Preferred
Experience in professional liability law
Substantive litigation experience
Demonstrated interest in professional liability law
