They are seeking a dedicated Inside Sales Representative to manage customer relationships and assist clients with plant selections while ensuring excellent customer service.

Managing customer relationships
Assisting clients with plant selections
Performing sales transactions
Generating leads
Maintaining customer satisfaction
Managing accounts effectively
Working closely with the sales team to meet company goals
Ensuring exceptional customer service
Some travel involved, mostly in January
Qualification
Required
Strong expertise in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
Experience in providing excellent Customer Service and maintaining Customer Satisfaction
Proficiency in Account Management to build and sustain client relationships
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work within a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
Proficiency with sales software tools, Microsoft Office, and Google Suites is necessary
Preferred
Previous experience in horticulture
