Responsibilities

Conduct new hire orientation and complete all new hire onboarding activities including HRIS data entry and information management
Assist in first-line inquiries for employees in a professional and helpful manner by asking questions and/or directing them to the appropriate HR contact
Maintain HR systems, manage employee files, maintain I9 compliance tracking, employment posters, and other functions as requested
Establish and maintain effective work relationships with HR teammates and coworkers outside of the department
Work in an open environment with frequent visitors and discussions

Required

Highschool diploma or GED
One (1) or more years of experience working in a Human Resources department
Demonstrated experience responding to employee inquiries on human resources matters
Experience using HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) systems
Proficiency with MS Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams
Ability to focus and manage daily work amid typical office sounds and activity
Local candidates only
Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field
Experience with UKG (HRIS system)
Experience supporting multiple office locations
Two (2) to three (3) years of relevant experience in a human resources support capacity
